spot dimension

I am wondering if anyone has a solution for this problem

I am placing a spot elevation on my section view.

I have a floor with two layers, concrete and screed. and i want to show the height of the structural layer (concrete).

Is this possible because the spot dimension always seems to snap on the top of the floor (screed)

You must selecr the level of detail given the option FINE and so you can select the required element.In the COARSE level of detail showed only a single element to represent the slab and that is why you can not do the required.
