Spiral ramps are easy, thats part of the default run tool in the ramp sketch box. You can also just draw the boundary lines ofyour ramp, then a riser at the top and bot of the boundary lines and revit will make the ramp inbetween, this is my prefered method and it works great.
I can use arc's for the boundaries, but the problem is that Revit only accepts straight lines for the risers. I need to use curved lines for the risers. See attached.
