Slpit surface Errors

Hei

I'm a new Revit user, I have tried split surface and it was not bad. But today i try to edit my topsurface every thing went ot rong. It wont lit me to split the surface.

I just try to cut a squre hole and the lines are closed. Take a look at the attachement.

I can sende the drawning if any one knows about it.

If you could upload the file, it may give the community a better idea of what is happening.

I would delete everything but the surface, then purge the file to get it as small as you can.

Thanks for your reply, I tried to upload the fil. but it's too big 2.9Mb and the max upload is 1.5Mb.

Is there any I can do to reduce the size?
