Slab Edge for Non-Horizontal Edge

I'm trying to put a slab edge for an exterior apron.

The apron at the O/H Door is at EL. -100mm

The apron is sloped downwards away from the building to EL. -150mm

The slab edge tool seems to be ok for the outside edge, but on the perpindicular edge the slab edge tool won't work.

Any thoughts?

Ronsarlo,

Slab edges can only be placed on the horizontal with a similar behaviour Roof Gutters.

The best solution for this is to use a model-in-place component using a sweep and pick path to select the slab edge. You can select/reuse the profile family that is used to create the slab edge if necessary.

Hope this helps,

Such a shame it can only be horizontal.

Oh well, thems the breaks.

Model-in-place with a sweep worked like a charm.

Most appreciated!!!
