Single click working differently - is this being noted?

For a few days now I have noticed that the single clicking of the mouse is working differently in AutoCAD and Revit.  I think it began either around the time of the last Windows Update of Tuesday June 11th or 12th, or after the update. I have tried to change the settings of my mouse since then to see if there is any changes, but still the improvements are not much.

Is this being noticed by other users?

Do you think you clarify what you mean when you say the behavior has changed?

Did it change in AutoCAD or Revit, or in both?

What did it used to do, and what does it do now?
