I'm plotting PDF so I have a record copy and then plotting from the PDF's.
The only way to control the plot order is make sure they are listed
correctly in the browser, which isn't always possible as you have found.
They should tie plotting to the drawing index. That would be slick.

How are people putting sheets in the proper order for plotting? An example
is our title sheet is T.0.0 so it plots at the end. We want our S to plot
before our E and so on. currently we are plotting each sheet by its self
and arranging it in our plot submit software, but it is just an extra step
for us.
