Some how I shut off my section annotations on one of my elevations and I can not find out how to turn them back on. I checked the visibility settings for that individual workspace and the section annotations are on. The sections show up and the annotations show up in 6 of my other plan views and elevations except for this one. Any ideas? When I put a new section on that sheet I get an error and check it out. It of course tells me that they are shut off. But like I said, I checked and they are on. SO. Now what?
What's the scale of the view where they don't show up? Revit has a feature
called "Hide at Scales Coarser Than" where you can set section marks to NOT
show up when scales get smaller than a certain level.

Try moving your cursor over where the annotation should be & if you can get
it to highlight- right click> show annotation in view
