Script error Revit Architecture 2013

Just had this - if there a fix. Cannot get past by yes no or close and application will not closeRevit2013 script error.png

Additional info : found Extensions Error Report. AND discovered there were 2 instances of Revit 2013 running along with 2014. Resolved now by shut down and restart
