Scheduling Hazard Symbols

What I'm trying to achieve is to have an annotation I can drop anywhere on a scheme, to identify different hazards. I have created a symbol with different types that just show text as H1, H2 etc.. but I want to add a label or something that I can then schedule out to a hazards schedule.
The only way I can think of doing this is adding a shared parameter, but I can't see how I can add one into a symbol?
Can anyone give me some guidance?
Thanks is advance
Matt

Have you considered a Note Block Schedule?  I have included a link from the Help Documentation and a post with an example approach below:

Thank you,
