You can in a round about way.

  1.  Create a NEW family based on the Titleblock - New Size.rft
  2. Delete everything on the sheet.
  3. Goto View and create a Revision Schedule
  4. Drag n Drop the Revision Schedule on to the Sheet in the Title block family.
  5. save the family. All Revisions.rfa
  6. Load it into your project.
  7. Go to the Sheet where you want to place the Revision schedule
  8. In project browser expand families - Annotations - All Revisions and drag and drop the type on to the Project Sheet.
  9. For the project Sheet properties click Revisions on Sheet and select the appropriate revisions/all

Now you will have the revisions listed in the project all of them.
