Saving to central

Has anyone had this problem when working with work sets?
Everything is fine saving a file back to central then one day you can't so you save it to the hard drive but, you get prompted that you don't have enough memory on your PC when you have over 200 GB & 4 GB of RAM. So you close Revit or it closes it's self. Open up the previous that you save to the hard drive earlier and then save it back to central. Has anyone had something like this happen before. Because with thin less than a week we've had this happen to two PC in the office using Revit.

I had something like this happen. I had open on my computer 2 sessions of
Revit, ADT 2006, MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Excel, Windows Explorer and
Internet Explorer and I was told that I had run out of memory and that I
would not be able to save. I then lost my connection with the central and
had to resave my local file. Is it possible that you had too many programs
open on your computer? I read somewhere that it isn't recommended to stream
media on your computer while working in Revit. Also, have you manually set
your virtually memory?

You need to enable the 3gb switch in windows boot. See Autodesks website on how to do this.
