Saving a Revit 2015 project down to a 2014??

Is there some way to possibly save a 2015 file down so that another 2014 user (or potential business partner) could open it and work on the file? This seems huge if it is not able to do that. Who can possibly keep up with the technology

The Revit file format is not backwards compatible.  There is no "Save As" option to a prior versions.

No such possibility exists, therefore you save the file to a. RVT and not to a specific version of the software. All products with the exception of Autodesk Autocad at least these are my best knowledge, saving this way. This is due to a compatibility issue too, since many of the new features might not work satisfactorily in previous versions. So for you to have a good experience of using the software you need to use the current version of the file or higher.
