same text on multiple levels

Can you add a parameter to text so that it shows up on multiple levels. For instance, a plan with the words "stage 1" or "lift" that shows up on ground floor, first floor, second floor, 99th floor. That way if something moves (like the stage line) you don't have to edit the text 3 (or more) times. I realise you can copy paste aligned but this is still creating multiple entities of the same text. If it changes that means changing it multiple times. Any ideas?

try making a group of text, say the detail group and then copying it. I think it should work.
