I´m sorry, because I can´t help you, but perhapes together with my similar question, we will get an answer soon.
My Problem is, that I´m running Revit in a VM on my Mac and so I´m using MS office for mac. While using the Roombook Extension it was said to export to excel, but when I try, I get the same message as you, Revit wasn´t able to find/open excel. It seems, the extension dosn´t produce a file, it want´s to open MS excel and run the process later on. That wouldn´t be a probleme, but How can I tell Revit where my excel is?
How can I link Revit Roombook to my currently installed excel, using MS office for mac?
Would it work, if I install openoffice on Windows?
