Roombook accuracy

Dear All,

 

Can anyone tell me, if i calculate internal plaster of a concrete building by using roombook, how accurate it will be?

 

I have tried a few projects, but huge deviations are seen. Can anyone suggest whether i am making anything wrong?

 

I am using structural concrete beam, column, floor and architectural brick wall for modeling a typical residential building.
