room tags in section

I am having trouble placing certain room tags in section. All rooms are properly bounded, and most of the room tags can be placed with no problems. But for one specific room I keep getting the error:

"None of the created elements are visible in Section: Longitudinal Section 1 View. You may want to check the active view, its Parameters, and Visibility settings."

Any ideas? Is the tag being created in some other work plane?

I never have any problems with this. Can you post a screen shot of the room
in question showing the section line and also the resulting section?

Open the view that you are having troubles with and type "vg" on your keyboard, alternatively you can select visibility/graphics from the "view" menu once the view is open. Select the "annotation categories" tab and make sure that the view is set up to show dimensions/room tags.

You might have to do some digging to find the room tags category. If it isn't directly under the annotations categories tab, then check the model categories tab under the rooms category. To access the subsets of the categories, click the plus sign next to the "room(s)" name.
