Room tag invisible in floor plan

I have a room tag that is invisible in a floor plan.

The tag is in a plan region but the room next to the one with the problem shows normal as it should be.

I tried a few things to make it visible such as:

   - Delete the plan region (then it becomes visible but the rest becomes wrong)

   - Add a room tag (it gives the right name, because the room was already named, but it becomes invisible and the following warning emerges: none of the created elements are visible in Floor plan. you may want to check the active view, its parameters, and visibility settings, as well as any plan region and their setings. (but everything seems alright there))

   - I saw there was someone with the same problem in 2008 but nobody could help him so maybe in 2012 there is.

Thanks in advance.
