Revit Server warning

What does this meaning in Revit Server (see attachment)

That indicates there is a potentially orphaned model level lock.  Revit Server 2012, after update 1, attempts to indicate which model this might have occurred for to expedite verifying if this is the case.  Additional information is listed below:
