revit server administrator does not work

I am having trouble with a revit server 2013. The web admin does not seem to work. I have been looking through posts and in one of the images I notice you are accessing a data service. Cannot connect Revit Local Server - Autodesk Discussion Groups 

I retraced these steps and this seems to be missing. My question is how do I get it in?

I checked this on the server and everything is there.

Probably not the problem, but--

make sure MS Silverlight is installed at all locations.

Also try stopping and restarting RS service.

thank you for the advise but I am afraid that is not the problem.

Not really--but I'd check IIS and Web Service settings at the Server level on all servers in the pool.

Can you ping each server from each location?

Also check ip addresses / name resolution. ( i.e ip number - vs- server name. )

Try an ipconfig /flushdns and also ipconfig /renew.

I'm getting the same results as you. Were you able to resolve the issue? If so, what was your solution?
