Revit Server Administrator 2013 and 2014 not available - HTTP 404 error

We have been using Revit Server 2013 for about  a year now without any problems....until last week. We are an architecture firm with two offices. The Revit Server Administrator is working fine on the server hardware in office "B" but not in office "A". I'm guessing it is due to a windows update but can't confirm that. We can still open, save, and sync projects that were previous placed on Revit Server. But we can not access the Revit Server Administrator in office A anymore to perform administrative tasks. We keep getting HTTP 404 errors when trying to access the interface...either through IIS Manager or through a web browser. Any solutions would be much appreciated. I've posted another error that we received when trying to test the connection through IIS Manager. Again, we've not changed any  settings recently....that we are aware of. The same problem is occurring with the recently deployed 2014 version. Works fine in office B, but not in office A

thanks

I believe this was an issue where the Default Web Site (within IIS Manager) was not started.

To start:

  1. Open IIS Manager.
  2. Browse to Sites.
  3. Select Default Web Site.
  4. Select Start.
