Some quick questions...
I have a South American office with AutoCAD Network Licensed installed on
all machines, and a pool of AutoCAD licenses. No problem so far...
They want to use Revit, so we made a "great deal" to get Revit Series. We
have the licenses today and before I remove the old AutoCAD seats from the
license pool the question is..... will all of the AutoCAD seats have to be
reinstalled from the Revit Series AutoCAD install or will the old get
licenses from this new product as well?
Will "regular" Revit Building get licenses from this pool or must I only use
the Revit Series install?
If I must use the Revit Series installs and if the office runs out of
licenses, will those users still be able to borrow with the GNUL Pool
(Global Network User Licenses), that only has "regular" AutoCAD networked
licenses? Will they be able to get more licenses or not because it is a
"Revit Series" version and they only have "regular" in the other office?
I could be looking at a lot of installs in the next few days to take
advantage of the "great deal" and some major problems later......
