Revit Printing 11x17

I am unable to get the default 11x17 titleblock family to print to the full 11x17 page as seen in the attached images. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

you have it set to fit 100% nicely on the page like it is fitting..

to push it out to the edge you need to print something like
105% or something- but you problably will never get it exactly
to the edge..

You've got "Fit to page" turned on. Change it to "Zoom" and leave it at 100
percent of size.

The titleblock family includes the actual sheet - which is drawn to full
11x17 size. When you tell it to fit to page, it fits YOUR 11x17 sheet to the
plotter's hard clip limits for an 11x17 sheet, scaling everything down by a
fraction.

By leaving it at 100 percent, it prints at actual size and the plotter will
crop off the lines representing the sheet itself, which you don't want
anyway.

Postscript. When you change it to 100 percent, "Offset from corner" should
automatically shift to "No margin", which is what you want.

No problem :-).

Totally off topic:

Where in Alaska are you? Kenai?

I spent some time offshore from there in another life - in the Coast
Guard...

im having the same problem, im trying to plot an 11x17 drawing at full scale, i selected my plotter, sheet on tabloid, zoom to 100% and center to plot, however it plots to scale, but it either cuts of one edge of the border or at both left and right ends. any ideas, thanks in advance

Try setting the Orientation to "Landscape" instead of "Portrait", select "Center" under Paper Placement and "Zoom 100%" under Zoom.

I hope they figured it out somehow in the last 10 years.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
