Revit Menu

I hope this subjects are not put up yet.

In my Lab, The lecturers and student claim that all the PCs encountered all Revit Menu structures eg, piping after being selected, cannot immediately launch its piping menu tools tab. Instead, the button has to be refreshed so many times until it comes to the right tab, after which, piping functions can be launched. It should not behave this way right?

It has been like this since this Revit (2013) is installed.

Please help.

If by menu use mean the ribbon user interface, then I would suggest installing Revit 2013 Update Release 2.  There is a known issue that causes problems in the Revit 2013 ribbon after Microsoft .NET 4.5 is installed and this problem can be resolved by installing the latest update release for this product.

If this doesn't resolve your problem or if I misunderstood your description, please let me know and I can provide further assistance.
