Revit LT gives 'read only or in use by another' message and will not save

New Revit LT user. 

When I hit either save or save as, I get "Unable to write to <file name>, it is read only or in use by another."  Changing file names does not help, this is a single user system (it's just me and my PC).  Checking the files I already have they are not listed as 'read only' in their properties.  Creating a brand new file immediately gets the same error message.

This maybe not a Revit problem – please check your permissions or click run as administrator.
