Revit Leader Question

Can anyone tell me how one would create leaders only, i.e. without any accompaning texts or tags, in Revit 2013?

I did a search online, and found a few pages with information on this topic, such as the following:

http://revitrocks.blogspot.com/2010/05/revit-leader-with-no-text.html

Make a custom generic annotation family.

Lance, I appreciate your reply. The CADclips video was very helpful.

Thanks Ross, making a new annotation was essentially the same advice I received from from the other reply. Its much simpler than a video I saw about creating a tag, then getting rid of the tag to retain a leader. I think its too bad though, that Autodesk can't incorporate many of the rote drafting tools featured in AutoCad into Revit. As it is now, there are too many steps needed to create simple tools (like leader).
