Revit Healthcare models/families

Does anyone have a good resource for high detail revit families, specifically ones for healthcare?

Revitcity doesn't seem to have anything that great, but I found a dealer on turbosquid, but they charge a fee.

They look fantastic though!

Anyone seen these?

Thanks

you can find a bunch of healthcare 3d objects on Herman Miller's site:

I hope you will find them usefull...they are mainly furniture for hospitals and laboratories

Any family worth using you're going to have to make yourself (my recommendation) or buy (not recommended, since you never know whether what you're going to get is going to work with the way your template is set up [view templates, object styles, subcategories, lineweights, shared parameters, etc.]).

Just downloaded this one off that link I posted.  Fifteen bucks was cheaper than I wanted to spend time creating AND I was curious!  😉   I'm actually pretty decent at Revit, no expert though and yes I could have made it myself.  I'd have to say this is pretty darn impressive little revit family.  I agree ross, you never know what you're going to get when buying one, but this is kind of a no brainer if all their models are done this well...?  I live on that edge of "I hate paying for this, but also, "what's my time worth?"  Project time crunches, ugh.

The herman miller things aren't exactly what I'm looking for.  Definitely keep that in mind though!  We do equipment planning and I'm looking for objects that at the very least; look like the real thing in some regard.

Is Sketchup still around?  I thought google sold it off and it hasn't been updated since?  3D warehouse is still up, but its all *.skp files I thought... The last thing you want to do is combine sketchup and revit.  I still have nightmares from 2008!

I have had really good luck so far with turbosquid models...I get reimbursed.  😉

Try revitcity.  Here is from a quick search.

If you know specific manufacturers you can try their website as well.

Talking about BIM in Healthcare projects there are some great BIM Revit and AutoCAD sites for healthcare projects such as iHFG – The International Health Facility Guidelines with allot of free room layouts, room datasheets, and Revit / AutoCAD content.

Check iHFG out at: http://healthdesign.com.au/ihfg

There are thousands of healthcare related RFA Revit family files available in the HFBS Revit Market:

http://healthdesign.com.au/RevitMarket

These files are compliant with the iHFG (International Health Facility Guidelines) which is a standard implemented across many countries and available online here: http://healthdesign.com.au/ihfg/Guidelines/Index/iHFG

This question has been asked before: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/health-facility-standards-revit-models-famil...

The iHFG is the resource for Health Facility Design Guidelines and Revit Models/Families.
