Revit Hatch Pattern Scale

To use custom fill pattern when we import the file using the Fill Patterns dialog box how do we consider import scale because it's actually not visible in actual model untill we finish this command. and also file unit is in inches while I am in Metric environment. Please help.

You'll need to know the scale of the pattern as it was created in AutoCAD.
The preview doesn't scale the hatch to the size it will print - so you
couldn't use that as a guide anyway.

There is no difference beween a pattern expressed in INCHES and an
equivalent pattern expressed in MM as the actual physical pattern element
lengths are considered on import.

The maximum repeating length in a pattern (found by summing the drawn and
undrawn lengths for each line) determines the maximum scale factor at which
you can import. Similarly the mimimum repeating length sets the minimum
scale factor. DRAFTING and MODEL patterns have different limits. The
physical size of each limit is the same whether expressed as metric or
imperial.

Custom patterns where where every pattern element repetition length falls
between the maximum and minimum limits can be imported at 1:1 scale.

HatchKit 2.6 adjusts a hatch pattern to stay within the maximum repeating
size limit for MODEL patterns.

HatchKit 2.7 will adjust patterns to comply with the maximum and minimum
limits for both MODEL and DRAFTING patterns.
