Revit crashes on finishing detail group

Hi All

 

If anyone can help on this problem it will be much appreciated.

 

I have a detail group which i am trying to edit. Every time i get to the end of the process and click 'Finish' my Revit just closes. There is no prompt for a recovery file save or anything in that line and all the group editing work that was done is lost.

 

I have the latest service packs installed.
