REVIT - can't download update

I am running REVIT 2013 (32 bit) through Parallels and can not install the update from the website.  Error message attached.

I am having the same issue. I have a network install of REVIT 2013 on a 64 bit machine and I am trying to install the service packs for REVIT Architecture 2013 and get the same warning as Megan. I can't install Service Pack 1 or 2 or the Hotfix that are currently on AutoDesk's support website.  Can anyone help with this?

thats because your not installing the right update

revit architecture is not revit they are 2 separate products

install this update: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?id=20679039&siteID=123112&linkID=16831210

Genius - that worked perfectly and my issue with copying is now fixed. For that I thank you! i am more than frustrated that I could not find that on Autodesk Website myself. Where I was looking they only had support downloads for REVIT Architecture 2013.
