Revit Architecture 2013 Training Files

Can anyone please tell me where I can download the Revit Architecture 2013 Training Files? I've download the program but no training files were included.

Thank you Cliff. I'm aware of the online WikiHelp and other online videos.

What I'm looking for or asking about is downloadable revit files. This creates a Training folder in your places list as in past releases.

Not sure about that.

 

However, on the 2nd link in my reply, there are .rvt files available for download as well as video examples.

Thanks for the links.  I could only find beginner videos for Revit 2011, these were done by student experts.  Are there updated videos for Revit 2013, which came with the trial version of the Building Design Suite 2013?  Thanks for your help.
