ANy ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Few years later the problem has returned - since begining of the week older versions of revit (2014, 2015) are having issues with this. Repairing .net doesnt work, now waiting for Autodesk remote session to see what is going on...
Same problem here. If you get a solution from AutoDesk, please update.
Good Luck!
Autodesk support was uselles - just the ussual install reinstall, repair etc... Turns out was one of the add-ins. After updating it now works fine. I found that by renaming the plugins folder for my version located here C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\ and started re-enabling them one by one untill I got which plugin was the culprit.
Thanks very much for the reply, I'll give that a try. Not sure how Autodesk can justify charging so much for maintenance when their support is so weak.
Well if you have the patience it usually gets escalated to the next level of Autodesk experts and eventually ends up with the development team.
Good luck
