Revit Architecture 2011 FIles still hang_

I am still having problems with my Revit Architcture AP XP 64 bit intallation completed Septemeber 9, 2010.

I can not get any file to open. the progress reads 50% and hangs.

1. I upgraded my video card to NIvidea FX 1800, 750 and have  the REVIIT 2011 approved certified drivers for the program installed.

2. I have 6 GIG of RAM.

3. I verified the default network address complies with SUpport post concerning the conflict with Archivision adress.

I have not installed the Update Pac #2.

I can't find the updte Pac #1

this is very frustrating!

Have you contacted your software reseller for technical support?

Or are you on subscription - you can put in a technical help request directly to Autodesk.
