Revit Architecture 2010

I am having trouble with Revit 2010 it seems that Windows Explorer will not let Revit open, but  i can open Revit Structure. I would be greatful if anyone can help me out here as i am currently doing my Thesis and cannot work at home which is a must if i am to finish on time. My OS is Windows 7 if that is any help. P.S. i am not a computer genius so simple answers if possible. Thanks All

For Revit 2010, I would verify the following technical solution:

 

Revit 2010 products hang at or before splash screen

 

If that persists, make sure to check step # 1 at the page below as well:
