Revit Arch 2008 Tutorial Files

I have downloaded all 2008 tutorial files and am going through the Autodesk tutorial book.

The majority of the files that are supposed to be located in the training folder are not there. Does anyone have archived files for the 2008 training?

thanks,
rj

As I (and many other users have stated)

I HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED ALL OF THE FILES.

I have done this about 3 times now, to no avail.

So, back to the original question, if anyone has archives or knows how to solve this problem that would be very helpful.

These files are not used in the tutorials for Revit 2008. This is the
version you asked about so that is why I posted the link I did. I am sorry
if this was not what you wanted. I did not look at the specific file names.
I just saw you were looking for files for the 2008 tutorials and provided a
link to those files.

Once I looked at the specific file names I can see these files are older
files. I think they were used for the tutorials for Revit 9 and 9.1. These
files would have been included on the shipped media or installed at the time
of download. Starting with Revit 2008 the tutorials and supporting files
were delivered as a web dowload.

The files for Revit 9.1 and older are not posted for download from our
website. The best way to get them would be off of the original install
media.

If you do not have access to the original install media I have an archived
version of the files, but they are too big to post to this news group. I
can e-mail them to you if you would like.

Send me an e-mail. jeff.hanson@autodesk.com

This post is asking about files fro Revit 9 and 9.1 not 2008. As per my
other reply the files for 9 and 9.1 are not posted for download. they are
on the shipped media.

the files are not initially loaded. in fact when you first install revit,
click on help > tutorials - it takes you to the 2008 tutorials web site.

Thus, making users assume that this is the correct place to download the tutorials.

I work in a large office, revit is installed on our server and have to put a work request order in to get access to the install cd.

so if I could send you an email that would be great.

thanks,
rj

Mel,

If you still have those 2008 revit tutorial files, could you email them to me please.  I am a certified AutoCAD instructor trying to expand on my knowledge of Revit.   I am learning 2011 but I would like to use other project files as samples instead of reading the same old 2011 tutorials repeatedly.

If it is no inconvenience to you.

Thank you very much
