Revit 9.1 & DWF Markup Set Import

I am trying to "roundtrip" DWF markups from Revit 9.1 to Design Review and back again. I export my sheets to 2D DWF, mark up the file, save, and then try to use the Import DWF Markups tool. It shows me which sheet from the DWF goes with the corresponding sheet in my Revit file. I click "ok" and then it gives me the following error message: "Selected DWF contains no Mark-ups to be linked". I re-open the file and confirm that there are, indeed, mark-ups in the DWF. I don't know what to do. It has done this with multiple projects & DWFs. Any suggestions?

I am also having this problem, with Revit 9.1 and several versions of DWF. I have not found a fix.

Have you attempted to download and install the service pack for Design Review 2007? It can be found here: http://preview.tinyurl.com/28bkxv

That is a great suggestion because it fixes defects such as integration with
IE7. But in this case, the markups created by Autodesk Design Review are
probably sound. My belief is that something is going on with reading the
markups from the DWF and aligning that to the proper Revit sheet and
geometry. So while this is a good idea, my fear is that it won't make any
difference with regard to this issue.

Yes I have downloaded and installed the service pack for Design Review. As Scott mentions I too believe the problem lies in Revit.
