Graphics Driver: 9.18.13.4052 (Certified by Autodesk)
Application: Revit 2015
Issue: When end-users zoom in and out or panning, the lines and hatches disappear. The view has to be at a stand-still in order for all elements to be displayed.
Troubleshooting so far: Reinstalled both certified drivers without any luck, disabled Hardware Acceleration, and re-installed 2015 Revit. This occurs on all 8 new workstations.

Deslect this setting, which seems to impact the behaviour you report.
