Revit 2015 Activation

Using the serial number given in the student version download page but it won't accept it. Is there another way I can activate it? I.e. with the request code?

Yes I've checked, double checked and triple checked the code.

1.    Visit http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus
2.    Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”
3.    Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus.
