Revit 2014 - Trouble showing Underlays

Hello!

I'm working in Revit 2014. I'm having trouble with the Underlay feature showing what I want it to show.

For example, I'd like to see an underlay of the 3rd floor from the 5th floor in order to see where my unit plumbing walls stack. But when I turn on plan underlay of the 3rd floor, not all of my interior walls (on a unit workset, which is set to Visible) are showing up. My view range is set to Top: Associated Level (5)  7-6, Cut: A.L.(5) 4', Bottom: A.L.(5) 0', View Depth: A.L.(5) 0'. From what I've read, this is the setting to get an underlay to show up correctly.

I'm also having issues in the reverse - showing a 5th floor underlay on the 3rd floor.

I've successfully done this in Revit 2013 so I know it's possible. Has there been a change in this feature from '13 to '14?

Thanks!
