We have for some time now tried to solve a problem with Revit 2014 on windows 7. Some users are experience that their recent files list in not updating – always the sample files (ootb setup) and their user settings like keyboard short cuts etc. are not being saved. We do a “unlock” of files before installing Revit – meaning users have full read/write access to f.x. C:\program files\autodesk, c:\programdata\autodesk … We don’t have this problem with Revit 2012/13.
Any ideas of what can causes this ??
