Revit 2013 - Seeing glass thru walls/floors in 3D.

This is really annoying, and makes using the 3D view almost useless.

Is there going to be a fix for this at somepoint? This never happened on any of the past versions of Revit.

And i checked and my video card drivers are all up date.

Here is my system setup:

Windows 7 64 bit

Intel i7-2600 @3.40GHz

8 GB Ram

Nvidia GeForce GT 530 2GB

Dual Monitors

Just go to visability graphics and turn off the transparency.

That's a nice feature that helps you construct a model.

None of the official drivers work, just the beta 301.24

This is a known issue.  As Rick said, use the Beta driver from Nvidia.  Nvidia and and the Revit team are working on finalizing new drivers.  In the mean time before you try the Beta driver, turn off Hardware Acceleration in Options.

Just installed revit 2013 at my new laptop and I've got still the same problem. I truned off 'use hardware acceleration off, but don't know the concequences. Are there grafic cards which hasent that problem? Or when will the problem be solved.

Did you install Revit 2013 from a new download?  There is an Update Release available for downlaod which addresses this issue.  You should still update the video drivers for your grpahics card.

One thing is for sure.. they still don't have the update yet. tried updating my revit and it's still coming out. i wonder where is the problem? turning off 3D accelerations slows down my work. Smiley Mad

by the way i have an HP 8560w mobile workstation and a Quadro 2000m GPU..

i got the screen captured of the said problem

I have a similar issue.  Things are fine on screen, but I get the gohsting when i print.  Revit 2013 all drivers up to date.  This is unacceptable from software that costs thousands of dollars.  I'm sick of this crap.  Get it together Revit team!!!!!  I'm going to send a drawing and say "Sorry for the weird graphics., Revit has this weird gohsting issue when it prints?" My client will look at me with a "wha? expression, then they will say maybe you should switch your software."  And I will swallow all my rage and take the embarassment that YOU SHOULD FREAKING HAVE FORE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RAGE!

Mine was fixed with checking my video card drivers. Someone posted a link towards the top that sorted out my issues.

Switching it off in Options WAS the right option. I will worry later about the Nvidia issues. MANY THANKS
