Anyone know of a batch convert tool for families (that works) and/or rvt files to move them up to 2013?

its on the Autodesk Labs

http://labs.autodesk.com/utilities/ADN_plugins/catalog/

Browse the catalog and find the Revit Plug-ins of the month.  Under June 2011, you will find the upgrader.  It says its for Revit 2012, but if you follow the Read Me in the downloaded ZIP file and replace "2012" with "2013", it should work.
