I downloaded from Autodesk Revit 2013 Educational Version. When I try to load a door family opens Program Folder with several sub folders, where are these families and why doesn't Revit go to where families are located.
You may want to refer to this post: >HERE< about loading families. It is for 2014 but will work for 2013 also.
