Revit 2013 crash!?

I just downloaded 2013 and it keep crashing when i try to make floors in my building.

I had version 2011 and it worked fine on the same laptop, so i wonder if 2013 works with another graffic card?

Have you installed the service packs?

I have not had this issue and i work only off of a laptop. I would start with the service pack if you have not already done so.

I had the same problem and try a lot, reinstalled many times.

The solution was to replace my computer by a new on with

4 core i7 processessors

16 Gi ram

SSD disk 360 Gi +- and 720 Gi - 7200 rpm

nVidia graphic card, 2Gi ram.

And a lot of money to paid.

It's a bug in the program solved with the service pack. I had the same problem with the cloud contour and after service pack 1 didn't have it again.
