I have a user who is currently running Revit Architecture 2011 Suite with Web Update 2 on a Windows 7 x64 machine with an NVIDIA Quadro 600 and 16GB RAM. The problem is that when she syncs with the central file her program crashes. This happens randomly but at least once a day. I'm at a loss of what to do. The error message produced is not helpful either, well, to me it's not.
