I am looking for any helpful links or White Papers for Revit 2011 (3D) to AutoCAD 2011 (2D) conversion. The AutoCAD files will have to be set up with Sheet files and Model(Base) files xreferenced into the sheets. The Layer colors will have to work with a certain pen table. Layer names based on NCS 4.0.

From your description, it sounds like you want to take a 3D view from Revit, and convert it into a 2D AutoCAD DWG. It seems like it would be simpler to take a 2D plan view from Revit, and then export it to a 2D DWG file.
