Thanks for the response - I'm just having so much trouble with the stability of 2010. When loading components the program always crashes, no matter how many times I re-install the program. My company has just made the change to Revit 2010 but it has not been received well and just wanted to know if there are suggestions on what I can do to improve being able to utilize this software since it is not able to convert down to 2009.
