REVISONS button causes crash

When I click on the REVISONS button, the project crashes.  When I am in a sheet and click on REVISONS in the properties menu, the dialog box is blank.  This problem is specific to this single project.  Revisions button works in other project files.

Since you are on Subscription, if you haven't already, I would suggest submitting a Support Request for this issue so we can get a copy of your file and try to troubleshoot what might be causing the crashing.
