In your sheet family, set up the revision schedule which shows the revision No, date, description etc, under "VIEW" "NEW" "REVISION SCHEDULE".
Ok, so thats the info part.
To add the revision No only to the titleblock, say near the drawing No, go back to "VIEW" "NEW" "REVISION SCHEDULE". This will create a new schedule, this time you just want the revision No and nothing else.
Put this field where you would normally show the revision No.
This will also read the latest revision and show just the number in the title block.
