I'm working on the revision area of my title block. I've noticed that the stock revision schedule has fields for Revision Sequence, Revision Number etc. but when placing labels I'm only allowed to select Current Revision Sequence, Current Revision Number and so on.
Is there way to access the same values used for the revision schedule without using the schedule itself?
Thanks.
Everett
I don't see a way to access the Revision Schedule fields in a label.
If there were 20 Revision Sequences in a project, and if it were possible to use the Revision Sequence field in a label, then when the label was used in the project, the label would need to display 20 different values (for the single field). This is not how labels are designed to work.
By restricting the data to only the current Revision Sequence, a single value can be used for the label (corresponding to the current Revision Sequence).

Thanks for your reply. OK; then is there a way to have the revision description display below the revision number and revision date? As it is there isn't enough room in the title block I use left to display the revision description after showing the revision number and date.
Thanks.

I don't see an option, within the Revision Schedule, to organize the Revision Description fields as separate rows below the Revision Date and Revision Number columns.
However, you should be able to adjust the column spacing, and adjust the text size.
