Revision Marks in title block

I am wanting to make a revision mark in the title block according to the revisions I've made in the drawing. I don't want to make the change to the titleblock itself, only an addition to the current sheet where a revision has been made. Can anyone help? Thanx!

use a revision schedule in the titleblock, and set your revisions to "by
sheet"

That may work but I have no clue how to create a revision schedule. I've spent the past hour trying to follow Revit's Help directions on how to create one and gotten more frustrated... seems like ALOT of work just to put a symbol in the titleblock. Can you think of a way to do the revision sched. in human terms that makes sense? Thanx!

open the titleblock used in your project. Then go to
View>New>Schedule>Revision schedule. Drag and drop the Rev Schedule from
the project browser onto your titleblock, and position/size it accordingly.

Reload the titleblock back into your project.

Then go to Settings>Revisions in your project, and check the radio-button
for By Sheet. Set up your first revision.

Create a Revision Cloud on the sheet, and then tag it with a Rev Cloud Tag.
It will show up in the schedule.
